Upon arrival, our technician will introduce himself to you. He will walk around the property to evaluate the job to be done and make notes of any concerns. He will set up and connect his hoses and equipment. The technician will then begin to wash your house one side at a time. This prevents any of the cleaners from drying before being rinsed away. The amount of pressure used to wash your siding is equivalent to what would come out of your garden hose; we can put our hand in front of it. Higher pressure may be used on a brick or concrete foundation.
The first step in the wash will be to rinse the siding of any topical dirt and debris using water only and to wet down all the vegetation before applying any of the cleaners. Next, he will apply a layer of our "house wash mix" and let it dwell for just a minute or two. This mix kills the algae and mold growing on your house without damaging your siding, allowing your home to be cleaned without the use of damaging high pressure. Finally, the technician will use water only to thoroughly rinse away the "house wash mix" and will re-rinse the vegetation to ensure that all of the cleaners have been washed away and pose no problems.
After the first side is complete, the technician will move on to the next side and follow the same procedure until all sides have been cleaned and your home is sparkling once again!
